| If the related
staff of a production department confirms that the quality
of the first inspection samples is acceptable, they must sign
on them and transfer them to the on site PQC for confirmation
signature at the same time before the mass production process.
All the production samples confirmed or
supplied by customers (include all components
constituting the final product) must be signed and stamped
with “Approved Samples” chop.
When it is necessary, these samples also need to be signed
and confirmed by the customers
directly. Under certain circumstances where the customer service
staff or the sales executives
are unavailable for signature, the assistant of Film and Plate
department or customer service
department of Wan Nam has the responsibility to sign and stamp
the “Approved Samples” chop
as an alternative.
