Chung Nam Printing Co. Ltd. was established in 1971. Together with the rapid development of Hong Kong’s industry, we also took advantages of the opportunities for development. Relying on our high quality, competitive products and enthusiastic, serious servicing attitudes, we won our customers’ long-term support and trust. Today, this company has already developed as a considerably large scale printing enterprise.
    In 1989, we started to set up a post printing processing factory in Qingxi Town, Dong Guan City, China. At the beginning, we only introduced post printing processing equipment and production technologies so as to facilitate the finishing of the printed semi-products from Hong Kong. By utilizing the advantages of Hong Kong – China production complementary coordination, we further delivered a wide range of competitive, high quality products to our customers. In 1994, Wah Nam Printing Co. Ltd., a solely owned subsidiary was set up and registered in Dong Guan City. At the same time, we also carried out investment to erect factory buildings. Beyond the original production equipment, we also continuously invested to apply new technologies, new equipment and scientific management methodologies. In 1997 and 1998, we consecutively introduced two brand new Heidelberg five-color printing presses, one of them is also equipped with inline coating and infra red drying system. In 2001, we invested again to introduce a high speed, six-color, large printing area KBA printing press with inline aqueous coating system. In 2003, we applied the worldwide well-known AGFA COMPUTER TO PLATE (CTP) system workflow and related equipment to further increase our production efficiency and product quality. Nowadays, we are continuously monitoring the production capacity needs and the related new, high technology development trends so as to maintain our competition power in our business area.
    For the products, we mainly produce various kinds of packaging color boxes, PVC cards, gift boxes and bags, trademark sheets, non-drying stickers, instruction manuals, hanger or floor stand product displays etc.. We have a full set of production equipment, ranging from prototyping equipment, pre-press graphic design, COMPUTER TO PLATE (CTP) system to post-press calendering machine, UV coater, automatic laminator, automatic die cutter, automatic window patching machine, automatic gluing machine, automatic folding machine, automatic stitching production line and so on. We are also continuously seeking for automatic inline production to increase the production efficiency.
    In order to maintain the consistency of product quality in the mass production processes, we adapted ISO9000 quality management system and already successfully passed the rigorous certification procedures a few years ago. We formulate and apply quality manual, production procedure and working instruction. Starting from the first moment of customers’ enquiry up to the last moment of delivery, invoicing and review, every process is under serious monitoring and control. Besides, we are conducting scientific management, computerization, application of newest computer technology, setup and maintain a better working and living environment, systematic on the job training so as to enhance and strengthen the enterprise and the staff’s quality, image, productivity and competitiveness.
